As the title suggests, this is the third time I have tried to make bagels. And the third time is the charm as they say because these came out absolutely perfect.
I will note however I have also tried three different recipes, and I can not recommend Sally’s recipes quite highly enough. Every time I want to bake something new I try there first to see if there is a recipe.
The recipe makes 8 bagels, and I made 4 of each jalapeno cheddar and everything bagels, to be split with our family pod as since these do not have any preservatives in them they will not last very long in the bread box.
